Purpose

This policy outlines the roles and responsibilities related to the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies within the CourseArc platform. It is intended to promote responsible use, clarify limitations, and define the obligations of both CourseArc and its clients regarding AI-generated content.

Scope of AI Use

CourseArc integrates AI-powered features within its platform to assist clients in the efficient creation, enhancement, and management of digital learning content. While CourseArc actively monitors, maintains, and improves these features to ensure platform reliability and performance, CourseArc does not manually review or approve any output generated by clients using AI-powered features. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and validating any content that results from the use of such tools.
